Hypo-allergnic black permanant hair dye? - hypoallergenic hair dye

During the last few years, I developed an allergic reaction to either PPD or ammonia (commonly found in most hair dyes). My hair is black, and I want that to continue. Most dyes are only semi-hypoallergenic Permananta. There are permanent dyes, not PPD or ammonia? (preferably at regular pharmacies) Thank you.
